Juice Plus Reviews – About The Company Juice Plus is a multi-million pound company founded in 1970 by National Safety Associates (NSA). NSA had previously distributed water filters, air filters and fire protection equipment via MLM. Compared to other companies we looked at there actually wasn’t a lot of information on the founders of the company, their mission, vision or company revenues. The company claimed for many years that their products were “the next best thing to fruit and vegetables”. After many different disputes over the years with different companies and organisations this claim is no longer being made even though this is their aim. The original flag ship products for many years was “Orchard Blend” which was a fruit based supplement and “Garden Blend” which was a vegetable based supplement. Put To The Test Juice Plus was officially tested by ConsumerLab.com in their Multivitamin review of 38 top products sold in the USA and Canada. “Garden Blend” failed the test as it only contained 76% of its claimed calcium. The OJ Simpson Issue In 1994 OJ Simpson signed a multi 6-figure contract and became an official celebrity endorser of the company. Problems started when he was video recorded telling 4000 Juice Plus consultants that these products had cured his arthritis. However in the trial regarding the murder of his ex-wife OJ claimed he was to incapacitated by arthritis to have committed murder. As a result NSA had to cancel his contract and stopped using the video tape to promote Juice Plus.
